Collaborate with a digital agency to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with SAS crops of focus and their respective growing seasons.
Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging, audience-specific content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to continuously optimize content performance.
Build and nurture online communities by responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
Maintain a positive brand image and encourage active audience participation.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Review and interpret performance reports provided by the digital agency.
Translate social media performance data into clear insights and recommendations for improvement.
Provide summarized performance updates to the Head of Marketing to support decision-making.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and SEO.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
Knowledge of agricultural trends and crop production is an advantage.
Qualification and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1).
3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
