Assist in the development and delivery of curriculum for mechanical technology courses, ensuring alignment with approved curriculum/ standards
Provide hands-on instruction in labs and classrooms, fostering a practical learning environment
Support students in understanding complex electrical concepts, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols
Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure continuous research work and adopt the use of cohesive educational experience across all training programs
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development initiatives
Management of training tools and laboratory equipment and updating of the Dangote Academy workshop inventory list for both tools and consumables.
Implementation of other related tasks as may be assigned by the Centre manager or other superior persons.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / HND or it's equivalent in Mechanical Engineering from reputable Institution.
Minimum of five (5) years of field experience in Mechanical system handling, plus any additional experience in mentoring, teaching or tutoring.
Strong understanding of mechaniical principles, systems, and safety standards and use of equipment
