Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any Social Science-related discipline.
- Minimum of two years cognate experience in accounting, finance, administration, or related functions.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify vendor invoices, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and accurate before processing.
- Process payments for vendors, suppliers, transporters, and casual workers in line with approved procedures and timelines.
- Perform three-way matching of Purchase Orders, waybills, and invoices to ensure payment accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, payment documents, and other finance-related records.
- Administer petty cash transactions and ensure timely reimbursement in accordance with company policy.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Store Requisition Vouchers (SRVs) and follow up on the timely delivery of requested items.
- Participate in monthly stock count exercises and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare payroll input data, including attendance, overtime, and headcount information, to support accurate salary processing.
