  • The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management strategies.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Account Growth and Retention:

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of IT products and services. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability from existing client accounts. Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

Strategic Account Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients, aligning with their business objectives and IT needs.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and value-added services to enhance client relationships.

Client Communication and Feedback:

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on projects, services, and industry trends.
  • Gather client feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.

Collaboration with Sales and Delivery Teams:

  • Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process with account insights and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.

Contract Management:

  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and terms and conditions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and customer satisfaction scores for client accounts.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management to assess account health and performance.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats in the market landscape.
