Bagging Operator

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines safely and efficiently.

• Set up machines and adjust controls as required.

• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards.

• Conduct routine machine inspections and basic maintenance checks.

• Identify and report equipment faults or abnormalities promptly.

• Record production data and complete required documentation.

• Minimize downtime and support achievement of production targets.

• Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and work instructions.

• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area.

• Assist with changeovers and other production activities as assigned.

Education and Work Experience

Education: Minimum of SSCE/WAEC, OND, or equivalent qualification. A technical or vocational certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Operations is an added advantage.
