Business Development Officer

Requirements

• Prior banking or microfinance experience is mandatory
  
• Strong understanding of banking products and customer engagement
  
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development
  
• Must currently reside in Abuja
  

• Drive deposit mobilization and loan origination
  
• Identify and onboard new clients and business opportunities
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  
• Support the execution of business development strategies
  
• Prepare basic reports on sales performance and market activities
