Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Sales lead who is experienced in sales, team leadership, relationship building and portfolio management who can deliver Credit Direct’s vision and strategy.
  • You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategy and plans, build good quality loan portfolio, manage relationships and stakeholders (Internal & External) and generate good revenue for Credit Direct.

Key Duties

  • Execute all strategic business and sales strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Recruit, train, coach and appraise the sales team.
  • Set sales quotas and goals; oversee and direct performance of the sales team.
  • Motivate sales team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff to achieve set targets.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Conduct research on market and competitor to ensure we are competitively positioned.
  • Maintain a healthy loan portfolio that meets all set internal risk limits.
  • Analyze and identify all customer issues in sales processes and recommend solutions and perform regular quality assessment.
  • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Keep a close pulse on the market and competition.
  • Prepare sales report for management.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Complete clinical and technical knowledge of CDL products and market, including regulations, standards and competition.
  • Contribute to design and development of new products; develop new features and enhancements for existing products.
  • Develop and execute marketing and product strategies to achieve or exceed the business unit objectives of innovation and growth for the Market Segment portfolio.
  • Develop marketing plans in conjunction with our marketing teams, to drive the acquisition of new customers.
  • Execute all strategic business and sales strategy and monitor sales process and maintain product knowledge
