Qualifications

Duties
- Project Oversight: Supervise and direct construction projects related to shore protection, erosion control, and road construction from conception to completion.
- Cost Estimation: Review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs accurately.
- Compliance Monitoring: Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Materials Selection: Select appropriate tools, materials, and equipment for each project.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory and manage resources efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare internal and external reports regarding job status, progress, and challenges.
- Risk Management: Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with construction activities.
