Job Overview

The Technical crew personnel will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects by contributing their technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Duties

Collaborate with the construction team to execute various tasks according to project specifications and deadlines.
Assist in the preparation of construction sites by ensuring all necessary equipment, materials, and tools are available and in working order.
Perform technical tasks such as layout, framing, concrete work, and finishing work under the supervision of the project supervisor/manager or Technical officer.
Operate construction machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to carry out tasks accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site to ensure efficiency and safety.
Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions to keep construction projects on track.
