- Responsible for developing digital marketing strategies and tactics to promote the bank’s products and services to key target audiences with evidence of measurable impact.

- Develop and update Digital and social media marketing policies.
- Research and online competition analysis.
- Online stakeholder engagement.
- Products and services online marketing/sales tactics development.
- Customer digital onboarding and life cycle journey management.
- Website management.

- Online and digital monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
