  • Customer digital onboarding and life cycle journey management.
  • Website management.
  • Digital and social media audit.
  • Online creative content strategy development and curation.
  • Corporate digital brand promotions.
  • Online and digital monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
  • Online digital advertising.
  • Creating of online asset.
  • Identifying strategic Digital & Social media partnerships.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • To ensure that the bank’s digital and social media policies are up-to-date.
  • Creating a comprehensive digital strategy document to position the bank as an industry leader.
