Minimum Requirements
3–6 years in digital, growth, or performance marketing, or marketing technology.
Hands-on with CRM and automation platforms (Zoho CRM/Campaigns/Forms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make) — Zoho experience especially desirable.
Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools).
Strong AI fluency and a systems-thinking mindset.
Proven experience executing digital campaigns and growth initiatives.
Highly analytical, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels, and manage email marketing and automation workflows.
Run paid advertising campaigns and optimise funnels, conversion rates, and return on investment.
Manage and optimise CRM systems (Zoho especially), and build workflows, lead-capture systems, and dashboards.
Manage websites and landing pages; track KPIs, traffic, and conversions, and report with recommendations.
Implement AI-powered marketing systems and automate repetitive marketing activities.
