Executive Office Management

  • Serve as a strategic support partner to the CEO, ensuring effective coordination of daily priorities, schedules, and key business engagements.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefing documents, and business correspondence.
  • Conduct research, gather market intelligence, and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Monitor and track strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution of action items across departments.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagements on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare periodic business performance and project status reports for executive review.
  • Support the execution of corporate growth and business transformation initiatives.

Treasury & Investment Management

  • Support the management of the organization's liquidity position and cash flow requirements.
  • Maintain productive relationships with banking institutions, investors, and financial partners.
  • Monitor funding requirements and support financing arrangements when required.
  • Analyze financial performance, investment opportunities, and treasury activities.
  • Assist in monitoring financial risks related to interest rates, foreign exchange exposure, and investment portfolios.
  • Support the evaluation of investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Ensure efficient management of cash flow obligations and funding commitments

Business Performance & Strategic Support

  • Monitor key business performance indicators and provide management insights.
  • Assist with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Support project management activities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive accountability by monitoring the implementation of executive directives and strategic initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience in executive support, finance, treasury, investment, or business performance management roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, cash flow management, and investment principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
