We’re hiring French speakers in Lagos to join our Product Operations team!

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Customer Success, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of product development and how user feedback contributes to product improvements
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA or similar is a plus
  • Ability to organize information and support simple data analysis
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain ideas and information

  • High degree of autonomy and accountability, comfortable operating independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Platform Enablement
  • Support client onboarding by assisting with setup, identifying key contacts, and helping deliver platform training
  • Work with Product and Commercial teams to ensure onboarding activities align with client needs
  • Help prepare and update onboarding materials and training documentation
Client Support & Operational Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for basic client questions and platform-related support
  • Assist in managing operational and platform issues, ensuring they are tracked and followed up on
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to help resolve issues
Product Feedback & Operational Improvement
  • Gather client feedback and support in organizing insights on platform usage
  • Share feedback with Product teams to help improve the product
  • Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
