Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, OND or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative support role, preferably in the security services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and visitors.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures is advantageous but not required.

Client and Visitor Relations:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about our security services, company policies, and procedures.
- Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate person or department as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations for staff members.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and organized records.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, photocopying, and scanning as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, including courier services.
Office Operations:
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Security Protocol Adherence:
- Adhere to security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Verify the identity of clients, visitors, and vendors as necessary.
- Follow established procedures for access control, visitor registration, and badge issuance.
