Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident and outgoing, and genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships.

  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.

  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for research and productivity.

  • A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory


Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads across Group companies and services.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; secure meetings and introductions with prospective clients and partners.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and follow up on enquiries.

  • Support the development of strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.

  • Leverage AI tools for research, prospecting, communication, and reporting.

  • Represent the Group at events and networking functions, and maintain accurate CRM records.
