Minimum Requirements

  • 4–8 years in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial development, with a minimum of 2 years in team leadership.

  • Proven track record of generating business opportunities and building strategic relationships.

  • Existing network in aviation, government, education, technology, or corporate sectors is an advantage.

  • Strong AI literacy (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and the ability to leverage AI for growth and productivity.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a results-oriented ownership mindset.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across the Group and identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities.

  • Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances.

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, airlines, corporates, government agencies, and educational institutions.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Growth & Partnerships Executives and Interns; set targets and KPIs.

  • Leverage AI tools for prospect research, market intelligence, lead generation, and productivity.

  • Represent the Group at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.

  • Track performance and commercial outcomes, and produce regular reports and recommendations for leadership.
