Minimum Requirements
4–8 years in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial development, with a minimum of 2 years in team leadership.
Proven track record of generating business opportunities and building strategic relationships.
Existing network in aviation, government, education, technology, or corporate sectors is an advantage.
Strong AI literacy (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and the ability to leverage AI for growth and productivity.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a results-oriented ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies across the Group and identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities.
Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances.
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, airlines, corporates, government agencies, and educational institutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop Growth & Partnerships Executives and Interns; set targets and KPIs.
Leverage AI tools for prospect research, market intelligence, lead generation, and productivity.
Represent the Group at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
Track performance and commercial outcomes, and produce regular reports and recommendations for leadership.
