Head Business Development

Minimum Requirements

1. A Bachelor's Degree.
   
2. A postgraduate professional certificate in a relevant field. (Added advantage).
   
3. Membership of relevant professional bodies.
   
4. At least 10 years of practical experience.
   

1. Design and execution (upon approval) of business training and development strategies to enhance the skills, performance, and growth of the commercial team to achieve organizational excellence.
   
2. Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
