- 12-15 years experience in property/facility management (5 years in a managerial role).

- Chartered membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS.

- Ensuring efficient supervision of facilities in properties under management.
- Supervise and coordinate procurement and safe delivery of all goods and services.
- Ensure that company properties are being used appropriately and well maintained.
- Ensure properties provide adequate returns on investment.
- Organize and oversee repairs.
- Manage tenants' and clients' complaints with excellent service.
- Conduct complete detailed inspections of properties and prepare a complete report upon inspection.
