Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze HR reports covering headcount, employee movements, vacancies, turnover, performance, training, and employee relations metrics.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors reporting, workflow monitoring, data updates, and data quality management.
- Assist with workforce planning, vacancy tracking, organization structures, and manpower reporting.
- Provide analytical support for talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes.
- Maintain HR compliance trackers, audit documentation, and action logs.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics certifications are desirable.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Management, HR Analytics and Reporting, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and exposure to SAP HCM.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a large corporate, manufacturing, or multi-location environment will be an added advantage.
