Description
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related social science field.
  • 5–8 years of proven HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or business partnering role.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or property-tech related service sectors is a distinct advantage.


Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support dairy production and distribution targets.
  • Workforce Planning: Oversee complex shift-based staffing requirements for farm, factory, and logistics units to ensure zero downtime in production.
  • Performance Management: Drive a high-performance culture by setting, monitoring, and evaluating monthly and quarterly KPIs for technical and commercial teams.
  • Industrial Relations: Lead labor relations and community engagement at the facility to ensure compliance with the Nigerian Labor Act and maintain a strike-free environment.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit specialized technical talent, including Veterinarians, Dairy Technologists, and Sales Executives, to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance staff morale and retention across both blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research on industry salary benchmarks and HR trends to ensure the organization remains an employer of choice in the FMCG sector.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR operations meet ISO standards, bio-security protocols, and occupational health and safety (HSE) requirements.
