  • Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing timely resolution and exceptional customer service.
  • Generate reports on IT performance, compliance, and security metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Implement data protection measures, including encryption, access controls, and data loss prevention mechanisms.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, provisioning IT resources and providing necessary training.
  • Assist in the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and value is maximized.
