Loading Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily loading operations.

• Verify products, quantities, and dispatch documents before loading.

• Ensure trucks are loaded accurately and dispatched on schedule.

• Monitor loading activities to prevent product loss or damage.

• Maintain accurate loading and dispatch records.

• Liaise with warehouse, production, transport, and security teams.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safe loading procedures.

• Report operational issues, discrepancies, and delays promptly.

• Monitor forklift and loading equipment utilization.

• Maintain good housekeeping standards within the loading area.

Education and Work Experience

• Education: Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.

• Work Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in loading, dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing or refinery environment.

• Experience in supervising loading activities and coordinating dispatch operations is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools.
