Job Description
- Develop and implement direct marketing strategies to promote our company's products/policies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Present and explain products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the Unit Lead to set sales targets and develop sales plans to achieve them.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
- Generate new business by acquiring new clients and expanding the existing client base.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of policies, claims, and customer requests.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and reports to clients and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipelines in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the direct marketing unit.
