New Business Vertical - Executive Director, Non-Interest Banking

The Executive Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, business oversight, and accountable management of assigned portfolios, ensuring sustainable growth, regulatory compliance, sound governance, and adherence to non-interest/Islamic banking principles.

The role supports the MD/CEO and Board in executing corporate strategy, driving financial performance, strengthening risk management, and enhancing operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include overseeing business and control functions, ensuring Shari’ah compliance, managing stakeholder relationships, promoting innovation, delivering revenue and profitability targets, and fostering a high-performance culture.
