- Professional experience of 1 to 5+ years, reflecting an interest in international development.

- Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Hausa is an added advantage

- Develop survey designs, conduct field testing, and refine survey instruments.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to draw meaningful conclusions and actionable insights.
Oversee the management of the in-country MEL team which collectively supports a team of over 60 part-time Enumerators. Responsibilities include:
- Mentor M&E managers through field visits, meetings, career conversations, and professional reviews.
- Conduct in-field supervision of critical M&E activities, maintaining a focus on achieving high data quality standards.
- Supervise in-field follow-up procedures to address and rectify survey data quality issues promptly.
- Mentor M&E managers through field visits, meetings, career conversations, and professional reviews.
- Supervise the recruitment and growth of M&E staff, involving the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance the skills of data collectors.
- Address performance issues with underperforming staff.
