  • Proven expertise and experience in the specific tech discipline you wish to teach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Patience and empathy in working with students of varying skill levels.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Commitment to staying current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus but not required.
