- To coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.
- To ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
- For general office duties such as greeting visitors, managing office supplies, overseeing other administrative staff, owning petty cash budgets, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings.
- To ensure that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.

- Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
- Report any instance of mishap or accident to the dispatcher or supervisor
- Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s).
- Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
- Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
