Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, or other similar Science degrees.
  • Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • 0-6 months of industrial experience with various instrumental analysis and wet chemistry testing in a refinery laboratory or third-party petroleum testing lab.
  • 1+ years' experience preferred
  • Strong adherence to safety.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC card.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work assignments and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong communication skills are required with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

  • Practical hands-on experience with various Gas Chromatograph & GC/MS methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct various wet chemistry and physical-analytical skills- KF, ASTM, etc.
  • Ability to perform routine calibrations, maintenance or troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following established health and safety or chemical hygiene requirements.
