- First degree in Engineering etc. higher Degrees/Professional Certifications (an added advantage)
- Minimum experience: 6 years relevant experience needed
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective execution of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between the Bank and service providers for inverters, batteries, and UPS systems across branches and offsite locations.
- Manage and coordinate service providers to ensure timely resolution of fault callouts, equipment breakdowns, and technical support requests.
- Prepare memos for management approval relating to power systems and facility upgrade projects.
- Draft and issue Letters of Purchase Orders (LPOs) for procurement and contract execution with vendors and contractors.
- Supervise mechanical services in branch development projects, ensuring compliance with Bank standards and specifications, while maintaining budgetary control.
- Assist in evaluating equipment designs and selecting components aligned with lifecycle efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections and performance assessments of inverter and UPS systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with operational standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and secure handling of all Bank information, particularly technical data and documentation.
