Education and Experience
- Minimum of OND in Food Technology, Laboratory Science or other related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a quality officer or similar role in a soyabean processing plant.
- Age Requirement: 23-35 Years
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good teaming skills.
- Sound experience in analyses of SBS, SBM, CSO and RSO is a must.
- Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
- Strong attention to details to detail and a commitment to quality.

Job Purpose
- To ensure sampling, testing, reporting, recording of all SBS arrivals, in-process and final products.
Duties / Duties
- Routine analyses of all raw materials, intermediate and final product in line with Standard Operating Procedures
- Routine Standardisation of all chemical reagents and caliberation of test equipment.
- Prompt escalation and reporting of deviations in raw materials, intermediates and final products for conformity to standards.
- Provide detailed shift reports to ensure smooth transitions between officers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring working environment.
- Must be able to synergize with other departments to achieve set goals.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Accountability for assigned works with attention to detail is a must.
