1. Sales & Channel Expansion
Achieve monthly sell-in targets
Increase Tier 2/3 city penetration
Drive project sales (estate developers, bulk buyers)

2. Product & Mix Management
Maintain optimal capacity mix
Control overstock of slow-moving models
Plan bundle promotions (Fridge + WM)
3. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
Maintain 5–7 weeks stock cover
Monitor warehouse capacity utilization
Reduce damage/returns ratio
4. Margin Protection
Protect minimum GM%
Avoid panic discounting
