Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a consumer banking-focused role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

Responsibilities
Business & Financial Performance
  • Acquire new high-value clients in line with defined target market criteria
  • Proactively develop and manage client relationships by anticipating needs and delivering tailored solutions, ensuring high client satisfaction and achievement of agreed performance targets
  • Drive financial performance across assigned portfolios, including liabilities, assets, and wealth management products
  • Ensure all client instructions are executed accurately, applying required checks and controls in collaboration with relevant departments
Customer Excellence
  • Manage day-to-day client queries and ensure prompt resolution of issues within the team
  • Uphold and embody the bank’s RACE-IT culture and service principles in all client interactions
  • Deliver exceptional service to Premier clients, with zero tolerance for unresolved complaints
Leadership & People Management
  • Track and provide weekly reports on portfolio performance at RM level
  • Collaborate effectively with other Relationship Managers to drive productivity and shared success
  • Work closely with Branch and Operations teams to deliver seamless and exceptional customer service
Process, Control & Operational Performance
  • Ensure strict adherence to Operational Risk and Compliance guidelines, including KYC and AML requirements
  • Continuously monitor the credit portfolio to maintain NPL levels at a maximum of 3%, and take prompt remedial action where necessary
Strategic Initiatives
  • Execute and support strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and enhancing overall performance
