Residential House Manager / Household Operations Supervisor

• Supervise household staff, including cooks, housekeepers, and drivers.
• Coordinate formal dining, silver service, guest accommodation, and VIP hospitality.
• Conduct property inspections, manage inventories, and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and procurement of provisions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in luxury private residences, boutique hotels, or serviced residences.
• Recognized household management, domestic staffing, or silver-service training certification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and digital inventory management skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
