Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Strategy, Finance Operations, or Audit, ideally within a fast-paced multinational or high-growth tech environment.
Management Skills: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop direct reports.
Technical Tools: Intermediate to Advanced expertise with Excel/Google Sheets and strong SQL querying skills to extract and manipulate large datasets.
Accounting Foundation: Good accounting knowledge, including local GAAP & IFRS.
Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset to analyze data and transform it into meaningful insights. You must be comfortable executing deep-dives to solve complex operational challenges.
Cross-Functional Agility: Ability to work seamlessly with different teams. You will constantly deal with regional stakeholders, HQ FP&A, and local ops/commercial teams.
Responsibilities
Financial Operations: Supervising and ensuring the flawless execution of payments to our core ecosystem: suppliers, couriers, and partners.
FP&A: Leading local financial planning and analysis, budget tracking, and delivering accurate reports to senior leadership.
Strategic Automation & Optimization: Driving high-impact projects, such as leading the transition from manual, spreadsheet-based payment processes to automated systems.
Stakeholder Negotiation: Partnering and negotiating with external fintech providers and internal tech teams to optimize payment architectures and reduce costs.
