A possession of Ph. D. Degree in the relevant discipline with evidence of academic leadership in terms of publications, research and development (R & D) and administrative experiences. In addition, candidates must have at least 7 years of cognate experience in Full Time teaching and research. Must have attained a Lecturer 1 position from a recognized University.
