Must-Have:

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong content creation and storytelling ability tailored to different audiences and platforms.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

  • Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

  • Basic understanding of graphic design and photo/video editing.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to evolving digital trends.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with brand objectives and industry best practices.

  • Plan and manage the social media content calendar across all platforms.

  • Lead community management efforts, fostering engagement and strengthening brand loyalty.

  • Provide creative direction to designers and videographers to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality content.

  • Develop and oversee video content strategies for various digital platforms.

  • Identify and leverage trending topics to drive brand visibility and viral engagement.

  • Manage and mentor social media executives, setting KPIs and ensuring performance targets are met.

  • Conceptualize and present campaign ideas in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for social and digital platforms.

  • Develop influencer marketing briefs and oversee paid social influencer collaborations.

  • Manage online reputation, ensuring timely response to negative feedback and amplification of positive brand mentions.

  • Conduct competitor analysis (SWOT) to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

  • Develop thought leadership content that positions PalmPay as an industry leader.

  • Ensure compliance with social media ethics, copyright regulations, data protection, and privacy policies.

  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
