- A Masters' degree in Industrial & Labor Relations or any of the disci- pline specified above will be an added advantage.
- NYSC Discharge or Exception Certificate
- At least (3) three years' working experience for Grade Level 09 position.
- Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Presentation etc.

Key Duties
- Provide strong support in the area of Planning, Research, Statistics and Technology in the discharge of assigned duties and responsibilities
- Provide accurate and reliable statistics
- Design questionnaires for the collection of statistical data
- Collate and analyze data
- Respond to enquiries on statistics from the State, researchers and stakeholders
- Prepare relevant reports to inform decision making
- Design and manage surveys, process and analyze data to enable effective allocation of resources, advocate for change in policy and other decision making elements
- Foster teamwork and meaningfully contribute to team's performance outcomes.
- Any other relevant duty as assigned.
