Team Lead, Conglomerate, Manufacturing & Construction

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement insurance marketing plans targeting conglomerate, manufacturing, and construction clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present marketing reports, business proposals, and performance updates to senior management.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and professional development.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in target industries.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and other internal stakeholders to deliver customized insurance solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, presentations, and client meetings.

Operational Management

• Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• ACII qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years experience in insurance marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in driving marketing strategies and business growth within corporate or industrial sectors.
