- B.Sc in Business Administration or related field . (Master's degree will be an added advantage.)
- Minimum of 5-7 years in similar role is a must.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong client relationships with potential buyers.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation skill
- Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate sales (e.g., RICS, NIESV) preferred.
