Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in executive support, business analysis and data analytics
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
  • Strong writing and documentation skills for executive reporting.


Responsibilities

Executive Support & Coordination
  • Provide comprehensive executive support including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing notes, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Act as a key liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track key actions and ensure timely closure of decisions and deliverables.
Data & Analytics Support
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to support the executive decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for leadership review.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, concise executive insights and recommendations.
  • Support ad-hoc analytical requests and scenario analysis for strategic discussions.
Systems & Process Support
  • Utilize productivity and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, etc.) to extract and present data.
  • Support automation and improvement of reporting and administrative processes.
  • Liaise with IT or data teams to resolve system or reporting issues.
Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate across departments to gather information required by the Executive.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on cross-functional deliverables.
  • Support preparation for internal and external engagements with stakeholders.
