To Carry out Your Role

  • You'll recruit, onboard, and train a team of telesales representatives, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment.
  • Develop and implement a winning sales strategy focused on converting leads into paying customers for PressOne Africa's business phone system solutions.
  • Coach and mentor your team, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure they effectively represent PressOne Africa and achieve their sales goals.
  • Analyse call data and customer interactions to identify trends, optimise call scripts, and continuously improve sales processes.
  • Set clear and measurable performance metrics to track team and individual success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for potential and existing customers.

Your Key Duties

  • Sales Team Management: Oversee all aspects of the telesales team's performance.
  • Recruitment & Training: Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Coaching & Development: Create and deliver training programs to equip your team with the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Sales Strategy & Process: Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy, including call scripts and processes.
  • Performance Management: Set clear goals and track individual and team performance metrics.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct call reviews and monitor adherence to sales scripts and processes.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Analyse sales data and identify trends to optimise lead generation and qualification strategies.
