Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Graduate Trainee – Quality Assurance (QA) to join our Product team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality digital products.
As a QA Graduate Trainee, you will support the testing and validation of our mobile and web applications to ensure reliability, performance, and usability prior to release. You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Design teams to identify defects, validate new features, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing within a fast-paced, impact-driven technology environment.
Responsibilities
Support testing of new features before production release
Execute manual test cases and document results clearly and accurately
Assist in developing structured test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Identify, log, and track bugs using the project management or bug-tracking system
Re-test resolved issues to confirm fixes and ensure stability
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Support regression testing prior to each release cycle
Validate mobile application functionality (including GPS, offline sync, and field workflows)
Assist in monitoring application performance and reporting anomalies
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to document issues clearly, concisely, and systematically
Demonstrated interest in technology and digital products
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello)
Experience testing mobile or web applications (academic projects acceptable)
Curiosity and strong willingness to learn
High ownership and accountability
Strong organizational skills and discipline
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Passion for building reliable, user-centered, and high-quality digital products
