Description
We are looking to hire fresh graduates with no experience for our internship program running for one year with possibility of being offered employment.
The Operations Executive Intern plays a key role in supporting that the Marketing Department successfully achieves its corporate objectives while maximizing the efficient use of all resources under its jurisdiction. The OE Intern provides direct support to the Country Account Managers (CAMs) and other team members by proactively addressing, resolving, and following up on all customer and distributor inquiries, issues, and concerns.

Requirements:

  1. Fresh Graduates with no experience

  2. Below the age of 25 years

  3. Bachelors Degree in Bachelor of Science, Nutrition and Dietetics or Human Nutrition


Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct support to CAMs while executing company duties and responsibilities.

  2. Assist all company distributors by providing them with necessary information and promotional materials to enable them achieve the very best.

  3. Support in ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.

  4. Make event records, report to the management and also handle public issues relating to the company.

  5. Engage directly in the marketing strategies for the company in line with Bf Suma and Managing of activities within the company’s objective range.

  6. Engage directly in Customer Care Duties, including resolving distributors’ complaints, addressing clients concerns and explaining to them the company or shop policies.

  7. Assist in organizing, coordinating seminars, developing and updating all the Power Points and distribute to different shop owners and trainers.

  8. Support in promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.

  9. Support in monitoring adherence to all marketing policies and processes established to guide marketing department.

  10. Directly engage in the distribution of promotion materials to the identified distributer
