Requirements

  • Have a proven background building a quality online following for a business .
  • Solid creative i.e. Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
  • Familiarity with copy writing, proof reading and content creation thus the ability to manage content..
  • Excellent writing and language skills .
  • Analytical and multitasking skills. Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why your ideas are analytically sound.
  • Must be a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (i.e: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
  • Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak marketing strategies based on findings thus making evident good technical understanding of social media analytical tools and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with Google suite, MS word, etc.
  • Must have passion for social media and be able to prove it.
  • Flexibility in this case is the ability to think on your feet. Ability to adapt to changing situations and ability to (admit to and) learn from one’s mistakes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Experience with social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube.
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • BSc degree in Marketing , Mass Communication or relevant field.

  • Implement and manage social media strategies for clients
  • Publish content on the different social media accounts of clients
  • Manage and Oversee all social media accounts for the clients
  • Prepare monthly social media reports for all clients’ social media accounts.
  • Run, manage and measure success/effectiveness of the different social media campaigns/strategies/concepts etc.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Brainstorming with the Team for the different social media accounts on campaigns, content, ideas etc.
  • Corresponding with TBF clients on matters regarding their accounts
  • Develop and Benchmark metrics to measure the most important social media KPIs for different clients accounts.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices, trends applications & technologies.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Metro cool, Buffer etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing & communications lead, content creator and graphic designers to ensure content is informative & appealing and there is brand consistency for all clients.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Monitor the activities of our clients’ main competitors on social media.
  • Cultivation of leads for clients from their different accounts.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Create and manage budgets for the different social media activities that you propose or manage.
  • Manage bloggers and other Influencer outreach programs – Search, find and manage influencers whenever our clients need them.
  • Creating content in the event that the content writer isn’t present or needs support.
  • Giving support during Events organized by the company.
