He/ She will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients. He/ She will be responsible for delivering compassionate and patient-centered care, assisting in clinical procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of patients and their families.


Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid nursing license from the appropriate regulatory body

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times

• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Membership Skills

• Computer literate

• Ability to cope in a crisis

• Excellent clinical and observational skills.

1. Recording patients’ vital signs and medical information and progress

2. Preparing patients and assisting with treatments, surgery, or tests as needed

3. Providing care to patients based on their care plan outlined by their doctor

4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patients’ care, and medication administration

5. Re-evaluating patient care plans as conditions change and notify appropriate nursing and medical staff to changes in the patient’s status

6. Performing adherence counselling and other counselling needed by the patients

7. Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

8. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

9. Ensuring storage and disposal of medication is carried out according to policy

10. Supporting research teams operating in the clinic

11. Performing other nursing duties such as organising the clinic, dusting, patient cleaning whenever needed.

12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care strategies.

13. Prepare regular reports on all assigned duties
