Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in program or project support, preferably within an NGO setting
Good computer skills (MS Office suite)
- Strong Christian values and commitment
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of program activities and events
- Support the preparation of program reports, minutes, and related documentation
- Facilitate communication between program staff, partners, and beneficiaries
- Assist in monitoring program progress and collecting data for evaluation
