Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking highly skilled and passionate Professional Chefs and Cooks to join our culinary team. As a Professional Chef or Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.


Requirements

• Culinary degree or relevant certification in cooking or a related field

• Proven experience as a Professional Chef or Cook, preferably in a similar environment

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary principles

• Creativity and ability to develop new recipes and menu items

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
