Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
- Ability to use brushes, rollers, and spray machines
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, crack filling, priming)
- Mix and match paints to achieve required color and finish
- Apply paints, coatings, and sealants using brushes and spray equipment
- Protect surrounding areas from paint damage
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
