• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
  

Work Experience

• 10 years’ experience in specialization with atleast 8 years' experience in FTTx & GPON deployment leadership
  

• Manager track record
  

• Lead FTTx network planning and design, deployment prioritization and standards for passive and active network.
  

• Drive architectural decisions: ODN design, split ratios, GPON OLT locations, PoP expansion, backbone and aggregation topologies
  

• Ensure network optimisation and evolution plans addressing capacity demand, resilience and cost optimization.
  

• Ensure technology roadmap for FTTx, GPON and last‑mile technologies.
  

• Drive connectivity initiatives from commercial for broadband, enterprise and wholesale milestones.
  

• Drive Digital Transformation Initiatives with IT teams to support Broadband processes.
  

• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety, right-of-way regulations, and build quality
  

• Provide support to network operations and other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience
