Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join NBS TV, a brand of Next Media Group. The Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of advertising opportunities across NBS TV platforms. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, pitch tailored advertising solutions, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the commercial growth of the channel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Sell advertising slots and sponsorship packages on Sanyuka TV to businesses and organizations.
  • Meet with clients to understand their marketing and communication objectives and recommend tailored advertising and sponsorship solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial pitches.
  • Negotiate advertising and sponsorship agreements and successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with programming, production, and marketing teams to deliver effective client campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, client database, and regular sales reports.
  • Monitor television, media, and advertising trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Represent Sanyuka TV at client meetings, networking engagements, and industry events.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
